To recommend your friend, carefully fill out the form from this page. You can refer candidates for a specific and relevant position or indicate their specialization.
At each stage, you will get email notifications. To ensure your candidate is appropriate for the role and company, please check the referral program requirements:
- The job-seeker consents to your recommendation to Exadel.
- The referred candidate is not already engaged in the Exadel recruiting process.
- If your referee participated in the Exadel recruiting process, at least three months need to have passed since their last interview.
- No one else is currently recommending your candidate to Exadel.
If the candidate cannot be processed, you will receive an email from us. The rejection reasons might include:
- Not interested in the Exadel position.
- Doesn’t fit the position’s requirements.
- Applied to Exadel within the last three months.
- Involved in another selection process.
- Recommended by someone else within the last three months.
- Failed the probation period.
Yes, please fill out the form on this page, and indicate the candidate’s specialization (for example, Middle Java Developer) in the field “Your comments”.
Yes, you can recommend more than one person for one position or several positions.
Currently, the External Referral Program works only for recommenders and candidates who are located in Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Georgia and Uzbekistan. Please note that both the recommender and the candidate must be from the same country and be legal residents or citizens of that country.
The standard probation period lasts from three to six months, depending on location. The candidate’s immediate supervisor might extend this term.
The recommendation is valid for three months from the submission date.
You will receive a bonus after your candidate successfully passes the probation period. Please note that you are not eligible for the referral bonus if the candidate refuses the Exadel job offer or fails to pass the probationary period.
The referral bonus amount depends on the position in the final hiring. If you recommend a candidate for a Senior role, however, but the referral accepts a mid-level role (Middle specialist), you will receive a bonus for the Middle specialist.
Yes, you will receive a bonus. Its amount will depend on the position in the final hiring.
All bonuses are paid in local currency according to local law. You can find the details of the countries in the corresponding tabs.
You should complete a personal questionnaire to create an income tax settlement to get the referral bonus. You should include it as ‘other income’ in your annual tax return.
