How can I participate in the program?
Ensure that you meet the following conditions
- You can not recommend yourself.
- The job-seeker has given consent for your recommendation to Exadel.
- The referred candidate is currently not involved in the Exadel recruiting process.
- If your referee has already participated in the Exadel recruiting process, at least three months must pass since their last interview.
- Both you and your friend must be residents or citizens of Bulgaria.
- No one else is currently recommending the same candidate.
- You are not currently employed by Exadel. If you are an Exadeller, please consider joining the Internal Referral Program.
Also note that: The bonus is only paid once the referred candidate successfully completes a six-month probationary period.

What is the Bonus?
You will receive a bonus ranging from €950 to €1,500 for every recommended candidate who joins the Exadel team after completing a six-month probationary period.
The bonus amount varies based on the candidate’s position and skills.

Yes, you can recommend more than one person for one position or several positions.
This External Referral Program works only for recommenders and candidates who are located in Bulgaria. Please note that both the recommender and the candidate must be Bulgarian residents or legally staying in Bulgaria.
The standard probation period lasts for six months. The candidate’s immediate supervisor might extend this term.
You will receive the bonus in gross € (before taxes and deductions) in your bank account within three weeks from the last working day of the referee’s probation period.
