How can I participate in the program?

Make sure you meet the following conditions

  • You can not recommend yourself.
  • The job-seeker has given consent for your recommendation to Exadel.
  • The referred candidate is currently not involved in the Exadel recruiting process.
  • If your referral has already participated in the Exadel recruiting process, at least three months must have passed since their last interview.
  • Both you and your friend must be residents in, or citizens of, Uzbekistan.
  • No one else is currently recommending the same candidate.
  • You are not currently employed by Exadel. If you are an Exadeller, please consider joining the Internal Referral Program.

Also note that: The bonus is only paid once the referred candidate successfully completes a three-month probationary period.

What is the Bonus?

You will receive a bonus ranging from $500 to $1,000 in GROSS for every recommended candidate who joins the Exadel team after completing a three-month probationary period. The bonus amount varies based on the candidate’s position and skills.

This External Referral Program works only for recommenders and candidates who are located in Uzbekistan. Please note that both the recommender and the candidate must be resident or legally staying in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The standard probation period lasts for three months. The candidate’s immediate supervisor might, under certain circumstances, extend this term.

You will receive the bonus in NET in national currency UZS (excluding taxes and deductions) in your bank account within three weeks of the last working day of the referee’s probation period.
