Your basic personal data has been provided to Exadel by you with the aim to participate in the Referral Program as a Recommender by making a referral for another person to work for Exadel Poland sp. z o.o.
The scope of the data shared with us is:
- Your name and surname;
- Date of birth;
- Pesel number;
- Your email address;
- Your home address;
- Your bank account number.

According to the art. 13 paragraph 1 and 2 of the General data protection regulation (GDPR) we inform Recommender that:

Processor:
Exadel Inc. provides software tools (website, Greenhouse) for Referral Program and is headquartered in 1340 Treat Blvd., Suite 375, Walnut Creek CA 94597.
Purposes and legal basis of processing:
Your data will be processed in order to perform the contract (art. 6 point 1 letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation), as well as in order to fulfill the duty of keeping appropriate accounting documentation (art. 6 point 1 letter c of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in connection with art. 74 of the accounting act of 29th September 1994).
The term of processing:
The personal data will be processed through the period required by law for the storage of accounting documentation (5 years from the end of the tax year).
Data recipients:
Personal data recipients might be persons cooperating with Exadel on the basis of employment, B2B or civil law contract, our clients, entities providing services to Exadel (e.g. IT, legal, accounting), as well as state organs (ZUS, US) in cases that are set forth in laws.
Transfer of personal data to third countries:
Due to the use of cloud solutions, your personal data might be transferred outside of the European Economic Area. The legal basis for the transfer (art. 44 and the following of GDPR) is an appropriate data processing agreement based on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Your entitlements:
You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing and the right to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing – in accordance with the provisions of GDPR.
Complaint:
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of GDPR.
Freedom to provide data:
Providing data is voluntary, however not providing it may make it impossible to start or continue cooperation, e.g. due to Exadel’s obligation to account for the income tax.
